Welcome to Youniverse. By downloading, installing, or using the Youniverse mobile application or visiting the Manifest Diaries website (collectively, "Youniverse"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Youniverse after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Youniverse is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before using the app.

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to sign in to enable data sync across devices, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at youniverseapps@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Youniverse provides tools to help you set goals, build daily habits, practice gratitude, create vision boards, and follow morning rituals. The app is designed to support personal growth through consistent daily practice.

Youniverse does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. The content in the app — including affirmations, tips, and guidance — is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Youniverse is available as a free app with optional paid subscription tiers. Free users have access to core features. Paid subscribers unlock additional pro features as described in the app at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
• Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their respective refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or the features included in each plan. Existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

You agree to use Youniverse only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the app.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when contacting us or using the app.

Any content you create within Youniverse — including goals, affirmations, journal entries, vision boards, and ritual plans — belongs to you.

If you choose to sign in and enable sync, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the sync service to you. We do not use your personal content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or access it for any purpose other than delivering the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add to the app (such as images on your vision board) does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

All elements of Youniverse — including the app design, code, branding, curated affirmations, tips, and other original content — are owned by or licensed to Youniverse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Youniverse without our prior written permission.

Youniverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any results you seek — personal, professional, or financial — will be achieved through use of the app.
• Data stored locally on your device will not be lost due to device failure, OS updates, or accidental deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of Youniverse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Youniverse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Youniverse integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google) for analytics, authentication, and crash reporting, and Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

The app may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

You may stop using Youniverse at any time by deleting the app. If you have an account, you may also request deletion of your account and synced data by contacting us at youniverseapps@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Youniverse at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
